PikoMails started with a simple observation: African businesses deserve better email infrastructure. For too long, companies across the continent had three choices — expensive US-based services, providers with no local support, or outdated shared hosting email.

Founded in Kigali, Rwanda in 2026, we set out to build a modern email hosting platform from scratch. Not a reseller. Not a white-label. A complete email infrastructure — Postfix, Dovecot, custom webmail, self-service dashboard — designed specifically for how African businesses operate.
